I am still in search of a tan. But while I'm searching I might as well make the most of it.....
So I have decided to read the Harry Potter series AGAIN..for the third time. This time on my Nook. I have borrowed them from the library, it's a good thing. I fear that I may be the oldest person alive reading them...again...for the third time.
Maybe I am looking for my lost youth. Maybe I'm trying to hide from my adulthood. Either way it is a sad statement of my life. Last week I went a little crazy because Prisoner of Azkaban was not available for check out. I thought that I could read a good respectable adult book while I waited...I was wrong. I had withdrawals. Shaking, drooling, mumbling...then I got the e-mail that told me it was available for purchase!!!! I was singing dancing, considering renaming my dog Dobby.
Now I am Harry Potter heaven.-
I even joined Pottermore...I spent two hours on there today. I only got off when I couldn't figure out how to mix a potion. I think I'll get a kid to help me pass that part. Then of course I wondered if I was the oldest person in Pottermore...on Pottermore?
I am thinking that I am going to ask for the movies for my birthday/Christmas. Maybe not. I have a feeling that Mr. Albino would look at me like I was Rita Skeeter (actually I just realized that I must resemble Dolores Umbridge, short and squat and have a thing for cats)
And so I leave you because I have several more books to read and I maybe, just maybe I can read them all back to back...then watch the movies, and get the action figures, and get a Hufflepuff shirt and....
I had to find just the right picture to use and I think I did
